Costco will sell lasagna at its grocery stores starting next month.
And Costco has added a new category of tableware to its menu.
Lasagna is one of Costco’s many popular recipes, but the restaurant chain said Friday it plans to start selling spaghetti, too.
Costco says it has about 5,000 of the products on its shelves and it will be on sale starting in December.
The brand name lasagna will be “Lasagna Lasagna Lasagnata,” but the company says it is not calling it lasagna lasagna.
Costco’s announcement comes a day after the retailer said it will start selling lasagna noodles, as well as lasagna noodle soup.
Costco said it has sold nearly 3 million lasagna boxes since 2010.
It will offer a new lasagna item on the grocery store’s menu for the first time in 2017, when it will offer spaghetti, spaghetti and meatballs.
